INTOXICATED BY TIME

Am traveling through time.

Will not be available for awhile

Come with me and make it rhyme 

For in time let us travel many a mile 

And stay there in love forever

Let us forget the troubles of the here and now 

To make it through time together

Until our mutual depressions we lay low. 

Am travelling through time to seek some love

I know I badly need it and boy do I know how! 

Am travelling through time seeking kindred spirits

But all I find are souls with no merit living in chaos. 

I therefore don’t wanna witness what this world inherits 

And through time let me go  to witness,

That place which is full of bliss. 

So let’s travel through different worlds in time; 

Worlds where time is perceived as differently

As those who think that time is a form of wine

Intoxicating but deluding us consequently

So let us get high on Time
