A TRIBUTE TO A VERY SPECIAL PERSON ON 12 JUNE 2015

A few years ago; exactly fifty three years ago
there was created a special word;
that even now does live to show
that it is indeed a special word
so sweet and melodious
which can interchangeably be used
with love and selflessness;
for truth and righteousness together fused
to give joy and happiness
and for God's glory and greatness used
to be praised as well as worshiped
and to thank him for his magnanimousness.
A word that is always synonymous
with family and with good relations
which builds a home of happiness
out of mere bricks, stones and mortar illusions
A word that knows for sure
that it's only gratitude and a positive attitude
that keeps us happy and forever pure.
We cannot ever measure our gratitude
to the word’s love, affection and service.
Its love knows no limitations; oh yeah!
Not acknowledging you would be a great disservice
For you who are the word, are truly called “LYDIA”
and I take this opportunity to wish you today
a very, very happy and joyous Birthday
with many more great returns of the day
and pray that you may be blessed every day.
