our petty games,
Ruling
our own world,
Thinking
we know,

than most others know,
Mastering
subjects and professions,
Unworthy
of our time,
Wasting
our bodies
With
food and wine.
Shades

Life

we remain blissfully
Unaware;
of the big con.
Hoping
to conquer
All
horizons viewed,

Life is
Nothing
but screwed.
When
we sincerely assume
We
are about to conquer

only do so presume
For
ultimately it is death that to dust us conquer.
